The 'Levensbeschryving van eenige voornaame meest Nederlandsche mannen en vrouwen' is a massive 10-volume Dutch biographical dictionary published in the late 18th century. Extensive searches in scholarly catalogs (UNESCO Index Translationum), Open Library, and Google Books yielded no records of an English translation. Given its highly localized historical and nationalistic focus, it is extremely unlikely to have been translated into English as a complete work or even in significant parts.
